Fear of flying; “Just thought I would update you with how the flight went and also want to say a very very big thank you for all the help you gave me. The flight was absolutely fine!! After our last session on the Saturday, I felt really calm about the flight and whilst not particularly looking forward to it, I certainly was not dreading it. I did not have any more sleepless nights or any more bad panic attacks. On the day of the flight, (Thurs) I felt sure that everything would be ok, and generally felt fairly relaxed. I took your CD with me onto the plane (just in case) but never took it out of my bag! Once we took our seats, I kept my self busy, followed your advice and to be honest the whole thing was a doddle, so much so that I had to question myself as to why I was feeling like that a few weeks earlier!!! I was fine on the way home too. My other concern was that I would be dreading the flight home so much that it would spoil the last few days of our holiday. Not a chance!! No problems at all. I am really proud of myself. thanks again for your help, I will definitely recommend you to my friends. Kind regards.....”
Nail/finger biting; “I'm sure you will be pleased to hear that my fingers have only crept into my mouth once since we started the hypnotherapy. Obviously, I can't pin-point one thing which has made this attempt at breaking my habit successful but this is the only time I've used hypnotherapy so read into that what you will!! Many thanks..”
