The number of sessions required will depend on the issue you need help with, typically between two and six sessions. If issue(s) are more complicated or deep rooted, sometimes it can take longer. Before booking an Initial Consultation all clients are invited to telephone for a free confidential discussion or email for more advice and information prior to meeting.
The Initial consultation is used to take a case history and discuss your issue(s) in more detail. We look at a plan to help you achieve your desired outcomes also covering an estimated number of sessions and which elements of therapy may be most suitable. Our aim is always to achieve positive change for clients in the shortest possible time, whilst still aiming for a lasting solution. Occasionally clients may wish to speed up the process, or there may be time constraints on the client’s side. Where appropriate a Double Session can be booked by agreement.

Initial consultation (1 hour 30 minutes)............£60.00 Subsequent Standard Session (1 hour)............£50.00
