There is no 'miracle cure' for stopping smoking, and the most important factor is a genuine desire to stop. However, if this is present, many people find that hypnotherapy can help them to break the habit, by strengthening their willpower, and reducing their desire to smoke.
It is possible to stop smoking and become a permanent non-smoker through our programme which uses modern techniques combining Hypnotherapy, NLP, and Cognitive Behavioural therapy.
This is normally done in two sessions one week apart (60 minutes each). This first session is used to build a detailed picture of your smoking habit and design an individual hypnotherapy program for use in the second session.
