With today’s hectic lifestyle people often develop  irregular unhealthy eating patterns. They often take little or no exercise and if this is combined with eating too much of the wrong type of foods, those with a high fat and high sugar content - more calories are taken in than expended.

If you have the desire to change your eating patterns and adopt a healthier lifestyle, then hypnotherapy can strengthen your resolve to stop eating the types of foods that you know are unhealthy for you. It can also help give you the motivation required to exercise, bringing a better balance into your life.

Combined techniques of hypnosis and NLP help you focus on achieving your goals over time as you move towards your ideal weight/shape.

Feeling Healthy

Our programme is normally three or four sessions spread over 6-8 weeks. It may of course take to reach your desired weight. Follow up sessions can be agreed after this if required.
